Standard Lab Work (Tech I)

Ability to perform standard calibration, cleaning, & maintenance of the QC areas, & equipment. Validate & ensure correct specifications/paperwork for manufactured product testing. Clearly communicate with QC Management, production supervisors, ensuring correct size & amount of additives required for the daily production run, as well as their weighment. Validate proper sample drop offs from production personnel, regularly supervising the sample sign-in station to ensure a quality sample was received by production personnel, as well as obtaining further samples for use if necessary. Receive, test, analyze, and document resulting quality metrics from samples delivered, ensuring results meet company standards, performing (CCD) change control documentation, as well as communicating results with the Quality Team. Perform document control for batch production records, product specifications, standard operating procedures, raw materials, and Quality Control testing. Ability to document & record key data metrics as necessary, using available systems. Ability to multitask the testing process for two crews running a form of castable material
